Track-and-field star Jesse Williams is the reigning world champion in the high jump. His personal best jump is currently 2.37 meters (7 feet, 9.25 inches). Right now, the 27-year-old is training for the 2012 Olympic trials in June, for a spot on Team USA. TFK caught up with Williams at the "Road to London" event in New York City, where he presented a flag to Olympic track and field legend Mal Whitfield, and wowed the crowd with a high-jump demonstration.
