You might not get to choose when or if you use screens for school. But you can make sure you use them in a way that feels good. A trusted adult can help.

Take screen breaks.

Devices are great for learning. Try to explore other ways of learning, too. Can you find a book about your favorite subject?

Ask for help.

You can find answers online. A classmate or teacher might know, too. Try asking someone for help. You might make a new friend!

Take note.

Online videos can be full of information. You might forget some of it. Taking notes by hand helps you remember.
