Mr. Edward Bear
In 1924, A.A. Milne published a book called When We Were Very Young. It was a book of short stories. One was called “Teddy Bear.” It marks the first appearance of Mr. Edward Bear. He later became Winnie-the-Pooh. Read part of that first story above.
