Great question, Caroline! Selecting stories is a very important part of our job. On Monday mornings, we have a team meeting at which our writers and editors pitch ideas. We look for topics that our readers should or might want to know about. We work hard to get a variety of topics in every issue. We also consider photographs: Is there something interesting to show?
