McIlroy Wins Again
Rory McIlroy has won the 2026 Masters, the year’s first major golf tournament. It ran from April 9 to 12 at Augusta National Golf Club, in Georgia. McIlroy also won in 2025. Only three others have won back-to-back Masters. McIlroy celebrated by putting on the jacket winners have gotten since 1937. “I can’t believe I waited 17 years to get one green jacket and then I get two in a row,” he said. “All my perseverance . . . has really started to pay off.”
