Forecasting Family
Lily Hunter is brave and curious. She is 8 years old. And she is the main character on Weather Hunters. It is a new series from PBS Kids®.
Lily and her family explore weather. Viewers will learn about rain and fog. They will learn about thunderstorms and hurricanes, too.
Lily has a big sister. And she has a little brother. Their parents and dog join in on the fun. The whole family works together.
Al Roker is a weatherman. He is the voice of Lily’s dad. “Weather has always been a passion of mine,” Roker said in a press release. He is happy to share his excitement with kids.
Roker hopes the show inspires kids. Weather plays a big role in people’s lives. He wants kids to “explore its wonders.” Watch Weather Hunters on PBS Kids starting September 8.
