Have a question about outer space? Reach: A Space Podcast for Kids explores our galaxy and beyond. Listeners hear interviews with astronauts and engineers and take part in at-home activities.

Brian Holden is one of the hosts. His cohost is his wife, Meredith Stepien. “Being a host of a podcast is pretty fun,” Holden told TIME for Kids.

What’s his favorite thing about the podcast? Holden loves talking to space experts. His most memorable interview was with International Space Station astronauts Megan McArthur and Mark Vande Hei. “It was so, so, so cool to see them floating around [and] doing space tricks,” he says.

Holden hopes the podcast will encourage kids to have “a greater understanding of the universe but also a greater understanding of what they can do in the future.” He says, “You don’t need to be born a genius. . . to achieve some of these amazing things.”
